At Purfect we value your privacy and the security of your data so all the data you enter to Purfect stays in Purfect and you as well as your team are the only ones who can access and use that data. Only reason for us to enter your Purfect account is to help you with any issues.
- Your Account
Purfect desktop or mobile application asks for your basic information like your name, e-mail address and company name. We need this data to personalise your account. We will also ask additional information for your payments. We won’t use or access any other information that you put it to Purfect desktop or mobile application.
- Data & Security
All the data you put into Purfect desktop or mobile application is your data and we take no responsibility for the contents of your data. However we use backups to make sure it doesn’t disappear.
We also use SSL/TLS data encryption protocols while transferring your data. All of the backups we keep are also encrypted in order to protect your data better. After you delete your account we keep a backup of it for 30 days in case you change your mind.
- Third Parties
We won’t provide your information to any third parties or otherwise abuse your data in any way. Also we won’t use any of your information in our marketing materials without your consent.
In case of any legal proceedings we will not provide any data unless all the necessary documentation is presented by legal authorities.

Purfect is based in European Union thus we adhere to all the regulations and laws of EU including EU Data Protection Directive.
